Shouldn't we edit this table to include a format that shows the traditional Season/Episode format (e.g. "S05E03").

It doesn't have to be exactly that, but it's some effort for a newcomer to come in and understand which episode they left off on, as not all stream sites count episodes from 1. In full disclosure, I tried to make the edit myself. I had some trouble, as it looks like someone inserted an object rather than a table where you could add columns.

The tables may need to be remade if they cannot be modified, but I think this is much more helpful to the user.
