Backdraft

Backdraft (バックドラフト, Bakkudorafuto^?) is a Pro Hero. He works at the Musutafu Fire Department.

Appearance

Backdraft is dressed like a firefighter, he wears a yellow jacket and has a red fireman hat. He has a cannon on his shoulder which is able to shoot water and he also has a red tank filled with water on his back. He protects his face with a white mask. He has a red tap on each of his arms. He wears yellow sneakers.

Personality

Not much is known about his personality.

Synopsis

Entrance Exam Arc

Backdraft and several other heroes try to stop the Sludge Villain who is controlling Katsuki Bakugou. Kamui Woods asks Backdraft to stop the villain but Backdraft says that he cannot do anything because he and another hero are trying put out the fires started by Katsuki's Explosions. Backdraft then demands to know if the fire trucks have arrived yet. He orders the other heroes to keep the damage under control until a hero appears who is able to stop the villain.

Later, he and the other heroes try to stop Izuku Midoriya when he wants to help Katsuki. Luckily, All Might appears and stops the villain with one attack. Backdraft and the other heroes then collect the remains of the villain and deliver them to the Police Force.^[1]

Quirk and Abilities

Quirk: His Quirk allows him to create and manipulate water through spigots that he has in place of hands.^[1]
